With effect from May 2017, the Government has introduced a Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP). The intention of the new register will ensure improved quality of apprenticeship delivery via increased information requirements. The scheme has been designed to help you to find the right Apprentice for your business needs and your approved training provider will give you assurance that they have the capacity and capability to deliver good quality apprenticeship training.
LD Training Services is delighted and proud to announce we have met the Government requirements necessary to achieve a presence on the RoATP as a main provider.
In order to get on the register, our organisation has been scrutinised with a strong focus on our ability to deliver high quality apprenticeships, supported by our fitness and eligibility to receive public funding. To be considered, LD Training was tested on our due diligence capability, quality and financial health to assess our capability to deliver high-quality apprenticeships.
We are a main provider with the ability to be levied to deliver apprenticeship training to employers, our own apprentices or those of our connected companies and as a subcontractor for other providers.
If you are an employer, we can provide development and learning through apprenticeships or corporate training. In our time as a training provider, we have built a wealth of experience in dealing with businesses from small to large corporates.
Employers that wish to work with us, can also take advantage of our levy consultancy service designed to make things efficient and understandable for employers. We will provide tailored programmes, flexible training and we will help with the recruitment process.

We’ll guide you with Apprenticeship Levy and other changes
From April 2017 the way Apprenticeships are funded is changing. All businesses with an annual wage bill of more than £3m will have to pay a 0.5% tax – which they can then spend on training an apprentice.
The Government hope the changes will help to bridge the skills gap by encouraging more businesses to invest in future talent and help it fulfil its pledge to create three million more apprenticeships in the UK by 2020.
At LD Training Services Ltd, we are committed to helping our employer partners through this period of change and our dedicated team will be with you every step of the way to ensure you are making the right choice for your business.
